Biography
Mr. Klingaman’s academic background is in telecommunications and network management as well as in curriculum development and instructional technology. He is an associate professor of Computer and Information Technologies at State University of New York’s Morrisville State College, where he teaches courses in network administration and information security. Mr. Klingaman also is the president of Klingaman & Company, providing independent audits of network and information system security. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
