Biography

As a former executive, I bring thirty years of experience in Fortune 100 companies and NGOs to my role as a faculty member at Educause. Much of that experience was in Financial Services and Health Care at companies like Cigna, State Farm, Johnson & Johnson and Hartford Financial Group. As a certified project manager (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and certified change management practitioner in both Prosci and Bridges methods, I enjoy combining the various project execution disciplines to deliver successful operational and technology initiatives. My love for teaching started early as a former national champion in speech, and nationally ranked in college debate. Today, as a certified Master Facilitator (INIFAC) and Kaizen Facilitator, I love bringing groups of people together to apply change management in a practical, and effective way that drives results. In addition to helping clients deliver successful change initiatives, I speak globally on a wide range of topics related to executive leadership, resilience, and performance.
