Biography
With over 20 years of experience working for companies like Cascade Communications, Ascend Communications, Lucent Technologies, CoSine Communications, VPacket Communications and now Top Layer Security, Stephen has developed an extensive understanding of Network Security, Firewalls, VPNs, UTM, IDS, IPS and NAC from a hardware and software perspective. He spent years deploying core backbone and access networks for large international carriers, next generation CLEC's, ISPs and enterprise customers as well. Stephen has years of real-world, hands-on computer networking and security experience that includes the deployment and integration of next generation security technologies into some of the largest, highest profile networks worldwide. Before joining Top Layer Security, Stephen was the National SE Manager for ServGate Technologies Corporation leading the Sales Engineering Group.
