Steve Fullerton

Biography

Steve Fullerton, Director of Clemson University’s Network & Operations

Center has over 35 years of IT experience, with 17 years in Higher Ed. He oversees a 24x7 operation, aiming to minimize disruptions. Steve builds teams that lead from their positions, emphasizing technical learning and leadership skills. His vision for the NOC is proactive problem-solving before system failures occur. Under his leadership, major incidents at Clemson have dropped from over 50 to less than 15 annually since 2016. Steve has presented at multiple conferences on subjects to assist mindset growth and the importance of strategic thinking.
