Biography
Steven Johnson is a human resource professional working in the Human Resource field and specializing in the area of Recruitment/Employment. Elaine’s experience in the human resource field has encompassed general human resource functions as well as developing and implementing technology for human resource applications. He is the Employment Manger at the University of California, Irvine and has been actively involved in innovations to streamline the temporary employment process through the use of technology and web based applications. In conjunction with her colleagues, Elaine developed Quick Temp which has significantly streamlined and improved time-sheet entry for employees, payroll calculation for staff and recharge billing for client departments.
