Steven Conway

Biography

Steven Conway is currently the Director of Computing and Information Services at Texas A&M University at Galveston. He is currently a board member of TASSCC, the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications. TASSCC is dedicated to providing educational and networking opportunities for the IT professionals employed by the state of Texas. He was previously Director of Information Systems at the Audubon Institute in New Orleans and prior to that was on active duty as an officer in the United States Coast Guard. While on active duty he served as the Director of Information Services at the United States Coast Guard Academy. He has a BS in Marine Sciences from the Coast Guard Academy, a MS in Marine Biology and a Masters in Public and Private Management from Yale School of Management. He is married to Mary Conway and has four daughters.
