Biography
Suji Iyer is a Prosci certified Change and Project Management Professional with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change efforts across enterprises. She has more than two decades of experience advising and partnering with the C-Suite/Executive team to drive business transformation and cultural integration. Suji is skilled in Leadership Alignment, influencing stakeholders/stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, change strategy development, communications planning and strategy, sponsor roadmap/change journey, coaching plan, resistance management plan, change readiness surveys, training strategy. She has a passion for standing up communities of practices to impact the digital evolution network.

Suji Iyer earned her B.S. degree and a Masters in Psychology from Madras University. She has an MBA with Human Resource Management specialization and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University. Suji is a member of Academic Human Resources Development as an active research scholar focussing on cultural impact on educational technology, and has co-presented at the conferences in Edinburgh University, Scotland. She served as a Creative Resources Chair at the Barnabas Health Women’s Executive Forum and an Advisory board member at the Institute of Management Studies in New Jersey. She is a member of Executive Women of New Jersey that support women executives to accomplish Board membership. As a member of the community women’s forum, Suji works towards championing new initiatives and constantly adapting advocacy strategies and service provision to the changing needs of South Asian women living in the U.S. She has participated in standardization initiative organized by the Advanced Distributed Learning, Department of Defense and a life member at the International Bureau of Education (IBE - UNESCO). She was an executive consultant and Advisory Board Member for National Institute of Port Management, India.
