Biography
Susan Vowels is an Associate Professor of Business Management at Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, where she is responsible for curriculum development and teaching in the area of Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Resource Planning. She is also Co-Director of the Information Systems Minor. Her research interests center around the use of emerging technology to further enterprise aims, in particular, ways in which RFID use is transforming business processes. She earned her M.B.A. at the University of Delaware and her B.A. at St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland. In addition to her academic credentials, she has over 25 years of industry experience with Information Technology.
