Susan Gautsch is the Director of Digital Learning and Innovation at USC's Price School of Public Policy. As such, Susan oversees two fully-online programs including an Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and Executive Masters in Health Administration (EMHA). She also teaches in the on-campus and online MPA programs. Susan is responsible for developing new models of online learning and programmatic strategies to enhance students' online experience and the school's top-notch reputation and rank. As a thought leader in higher education transformation and disruptive innovation, she is focused on fostering new business and pedagogical models of higher education that, enabled by new technologies, expand the realm of possibilities and create real-world value for both individual students and society at large. Prior to her current role, Susan served as Director of eLearning and Practitioner Faculty at Pepperdine's Business School. She began her career at Northwestern University. Susan is in her 3rd year serving as faculty in Educause's Leadership Institute.
