Biography

Sue provides contracting and procurement support for InCommon and Internet2's NET+ program.  She has responsibility for negotiating contract terms with entities interested in utilizing Trust & Identity services, producing resources to aid those in procurement and legal roles with reviewing NET+ contracts, and facilitating the NET+ Business, Procurement and Legal Advisory Committee (BPLAC).  She has experience with  acquisition and distribution of enterprise licensing and mentoring IT professionals. Sue has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State and has over 35 years of experience with software licensing administration, contract management, and team development.  She holds CSM and ASM certifications.
