Biography
I focus on delivering hands-on training for Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Presenter. I’m also heavily involved in our course development, including online learning options.
I’ve been with University Technology Training Center (UTTC) at the University of Minnesota since 2000. The experience has been quite diverse for me since my role from 2000-2007 has included delivering training, answering helpline calls and e-mails, and hosting Tech Talk. Before my time at the University, I’ve been a stay-at-home mom, an administrative assistant, a bookkeeper, a waitress, and a professional baker. I did my undergraduate work at the University, with a major in Art History.
