She is a visionary that looks beyond the work to drive innovation and efficiency in academics, human resources, technology and finance. Sue models student-centric processes and transformation of service by focusing disparate work areas to refocus on the student. She executes on ideas through restructuring and enacting change for positive outcomes. Sue has a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion with students, faculty and staff. She excels at improving team dynamics to deliver innovative solutions. Sue has a comprehensive understanding of technologies in financial aid, student finance, compliance, registrar, classroom management, One Stop Student Services, admissions, and academic technologies in a multi-campus environment with undergraduate, graduate, and professional students along with non-credit offerings and systems.
