Biography
As an Instructional Support Technologist at SUNY Geneseo , I manage a diverse portfolio centered on campus-wide productivity platforms and educational technology. My primary responsibilities involve providing high-level technical support and training for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint , while also serving as the lead administrator for LinkedIn Learning and managing the CIT Self-Help documentation library. Beyond technical administration, I act as the primary liaison for campus event coordination, bridging communication between customers and technical staff to ensure all technology needs are met. I am currently playing a critical role in strategic CIT projects , including the TeamDynamix migration, the development of a campus Digital Storage Strategy , and the KnightNet SharePoint rollout , all while actively contributing to departmental DEIB initiatives and maintaining clear, responsive communication with the campus community.
