Susan brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, specializing in learning design and technology. She is currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Learning & Operations at Pomona College's Information Technology Services (ITS). In this role, she provides leadership and support on the effective and innovative uses of technology for teaching, learning, and research across all disciplines. Over the years, Susan has led numerous workshops and presentations on research-based principles and good practices on various instructional modalities.
