Susan brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, specializing in learning design and technology. She is currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Learning & Operations at Pomona College's Information Technology Services (ITS). In this role, she leads the integration of effective and innovative uses of technology in teaching and learning across all disciplines. Over the years, Susan has led numerous workshops and presentations on research-based principles and good practices aimed at enhancing the skills and methodologies of educators. She holds a passion for nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the academic community.
