Biography

Susannah is a Visual Communications Specialist for the University of Tennessee's Office of Information Technology. She collaborates with members of the ITC team to complete projects that target faculty and may involve instructional design, visual communication, Web site usability, and database construction. She has acted as promotional materials project lead on Office of Information Technology projects. Recent projects include the IT Security Awareness campaign, which was designed to discourage identity theft and other online dangers by altering individual behaviors. Susannah has been with ITC since 2003.
