Biography
She is currently the Coordinator of Reference and Instruction at Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She is responsible for the college's Library Web site and information literacy resources. Prior to joining SUNY, Suzanne worked at AT&T as a research specialist for 10 years. Most recently Suzanne managed Lighting Research Center's Library, which is part of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. There, she developed and implemented the LRC's library web site which specialised in providing information and resources addressing all aspects of lighting.
Suzanne Hayes earned her Masters in Library and Information Science from Rutgers University in 1978.
