Biography
Tammy Hoskings is the Assistant Director of Faculty Support and Sr. Instructional Designer at the University of Houston. Tammy oversees a group of 4 centrally located Instruction Designers, Web and Graphic Designers, and a group of 26 Graduate Technology Assistant students. Her group then works collaboratively with a group of 4 College specific Instructional Designers, to provide faculty with the support they need to effectively deliver material electronically. University of Houston has just embarked on a new journey with WebCT VISTA and Tammy is the facilitating lead for the academic side of the endeavor, including faculty training, and development of training material. Tammy received her Master of Instructional Technology from University of Houston; is a certified WebCT trainer; and is an online instructor for NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) IT certificate program.
