Tamara Rabinovich
Biography
Dr. Tamara Rabinovich serves as Senior Instructional Designer and Technologist at Quincy College in the USA. She brings over two decades of expertise in hybrid/hyflex/online education, instructional design, and the evaluation of online learning programs. With more than 25 years of experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, her academic focus includes Computer Science, Educational Technology, User Experience Design, and Business Statistics. Dr. Rabinovich earned her B.A. in Computer Science from the University of Haifa, an M.S. in Science and Technology Education from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an Ed.D. in Educational Media and Technology from Boston University. Her research explores the intersections of emerging technologies, distance education, misinformation, and the evolving impact of artificial intelligence on business and education. Her academic work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals such as Quarterly Review of Distance Education, Business Horizons, Journal of Product and Brand Management, International Journal of Technology Marketing, and the Journal of Financial Services Marketing. Her research has been presented at international academic conferences including eLearn (World Conference on Education Technology) and HIICS (Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences).
