Biography

I am an Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Executive Director with over 15 years' of experience providing strategic leadership in portfolio, program, and project management. My career spans diverse organizations, including a globally ranked university in the top 1.4%, a nationally recognized health plan, a $12B public trust and sales agency, and a startup third-party administrator supporting managed care organizations. I have experience managing budgets $140M+, leading nationally distributed teams, building out EPMOs from the ground up, and developing and delivering strategic roadmaps. I have a proven track record of fostering engagement by encouraging diversity of thought and implementing meaningful cultural and organizational change.
