Biography

Tanya Brown is the Director of Strategy and Analytics for the Student Affairs Division at Arapahoe Community College. As part of this role, she oversees the development and implementation the student success platform, EAB Navigate. She has an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration from the University of Nevada.

Tanya has presented at EAB CONNECTED and League for Innovation conferences on leveraging Navigate to promote student success. She has been recognized by the Colorado Community College System as a Teaching Equity Champion for implementing strategies to reduce or eliminate equity gaps in student success.

Tanya joined the EDUCAUSE Product Advisory Board in 2023.
