Leema Lallmamode

Biography

Tasleema Lallmamode is a Program Director in the University Technology Office (UTO), at Arizona State University (ASU). Most of her time is taken up by directing the program to implement an enterprise constituent relationship management (CRM) system, which she enjoys due to the various technologies, touchpoints in a student's life and far reaching consequences to student success. Her responsibilities as it relates to the CRM program include developing roadmaps, risk management, planning, and budget and resource management. In addition to directing this program, she manages a small team of staff working on service and service delivery related projects, as well as managing projects as needed. Tasleema has worked at ASU for more than 15 years, and has experience with administration of enterprise systems, application development, managing vendor relationships, and delivering projects. She moved into a full time project management role in 2011. Some notable projects in her career include implementing the first version of the Blackboard course enrollment sync at ASU, the OASIS project which replaced ASU's home grown student information and human resource systems, and the Peoplesoft 9.0 upgrade go-live. Her educational background consists of a Bachelors of Science in Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering, and a Masters in Business Administration from ASU. She is also certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with ITIL certification.
