Biography

Ted P. Delacourt is a Supervisory Special Agent in the Cyber Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation focused on engagement and outreach to Critical Infrastructure industry sectors. SSA Delacourt has over 17 years of investigative experience in counterterrorism, international corruption, crimes against children, and cybersecurity matters. Additionally, SSA Delacourt is a certified FBI Crisis Negotiator and Crisis Negotiation Instructor. He holds a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business; and a Master of Science and Technology Intelligence from National Intelligence University, Oettinger School of Science & Technology Intelligence. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1998.
