Biography

I’m an Organization Development specialist and Ph.D. candidate in Workforce Education and Development. My research explores burnout, technostress, and instructional technology burnout, using frameworks like Hope Theory and Agentic Human Resource Development to develop solutions. With a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research, I’m passionate about improving organizational wellbeing and driving meaningful, evidence-based change in work environments.
