Biography

For many years I have assisted executives, faculty and other professionals with both technology and administrative needs.  My current position is  under the IT umbrella and allows me to train medical faculty, staff and students on Blackboard (LMS), Microsoft Office/Office 365, AI Integration, Testing and Quizzing Software, Video Conferencing Platforms and Other Classroom Technologies.  In addition to implementing a campus-wide training program, I work closely with these groups to troubleshoot general technology issues. My “superpower” is that I LOVE what I do!
