Biography

With over a decade of experience in higher education policy analysis, institutional research, assessment, and planning, I have a comprehensive view of effective and appropriate data use for the support of effective decision making from campus to capitol hill. Creating foundations of trusted data to guide our decisions is a consistent thread throughout my career. My work with First San Francisco Partners allows me to more formally engage with and learn alongside data professionals from across the world to improve data management at a critical time in our collective awareness around the central role data plays in society and our individual lives.

Building on decades of data-related work in higher education, I bring a broad perspective to data management conversations. Integrating my graduate studies in social service administration into my approach to project implementation enables me to work fluidly with leaders from a variety of sectors, combining change management and project management techniques to truly aid in successful organizational change.
