Biography
Terri A. Tarr is the associate director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychology. She co-coordinates the Jump Start into Online Course Development program and has been teaching online since 2003, among other responsibilities. She earned a Ph.D. in developmental psychology from Purdue University as well as an M.A. in school psychology and a B.A. in psychology from Ball State University.
