Terri Gustafson
Biography
Dr. Terri Gustafson is the Director of Academic Affairs and Academic Technology at Northwestern Michigan College. Her team provides support for online course development, administrative support for the LMS, instructional design and technology professional development, classroom/conference room support, including Active Learning classroom renovations, and video/media services. She has 25 years of experience in distance learning and instructional technology integration and innovation. She is the Past President of the Educational Technology Organization of Michigan and a former Board of Directors member of the Instructional Technology Council. In April 2024, she added the role of Director of Academic Affairs to her responsibilities, which included managing and supervising the Central Scheduling academic scheduler, as well as work related to curriculum approval and review, course and program assessment, and academic record keeping for faculty, curriculum, and academic processes.
