Biography
I work in IT Support at Franklin & Marshall College where I provide training support to our staff, students, and faculty. I also am responsible for sending out communications to our campus about using technology efficiently.
Prior to joining F&M in 2012, I worked for a K-12 educational support agency where I implemented a contract to provide a Regional Wide Area Network for 18 school districts. I was responsible for all desktop, server, multi-function printers, and phone systems for our administrative headquarters. During my tenure, I established leasing agreements for Dell computers and a fleet of Multi-function printers. I aso provided E-rate consulting services to 10 school districts, which returned over $1 million dollars to the schools for telephone and Internet expenses.
From 1997 to 2007 I worked in private industry as a Help Desk Manager.
My career started with the Federal government where I spent 15 years doing IT support and training. One of my proudest moments was receiving the Commander's Award for Civilian Service for my work related in training Army staff in the use of a new HRIS system.
I received my Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, and my Bachelor of Arts's Degree in Managerment with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Webster Univeristy.
