Biography

Terry Dallas is an information technology executive who is passionate about customer service, and focused on delivering low effort and high impact computing solutions that support the academic mission and direction of the university.  As the Executive Director for IT Services at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, she provides vision and leadership for the university’s IT Services teams located at the University’s two residential campuses in Daytona Beach, Florida and Prescott, Arizona as well as the Worldwide locations and University Help Desk. Terry joined Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2002.  Prior to joining Embry-Riddle, Terry held various roles in Information Technology in both higher education and the private sector.
