Biography

Terry Branstetter is an Information Technology Project Manager and manager at the Pennsylvania State University. He supports enterprise-level projects and Project Management Office operations. During his five years at Penn State he has supported the University's learning management system transition to Canvas and collaborative technology implementation of Office 365. These enterprise-wide projects impacted 70K and 140K users respectively. He supports Penn State’s College of Information Sciences and Technology and World Campus as an adjunct faculty member.

He is a twenty-one-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps, with half this time spent in support of training and education activities. This includes six years fielding and operating the Marine Corps learning management system in support of 325K annual users. He has master’s degrees in Information Technology Management and Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
