Biography

Terry is the Manager of Tier 1 Support at URI, leading the IT Service Desk team. She has 40+ years of IT Service in Higher Education spanning many different areas - Operations, Infrastructure & Customer Service.

Working daily with over 50 student employees to help deliver IT support, Terry is a strong advocate for student success. She is currently working with local schools to provide internships and shadow days to broaden their knowledge of IT and its possibilities.

She recently participated in the Educause Pipeline Mentorship program for the Educause 2023 conference.
