Biography
Dr. Tes Cotter Zakrzewski is a dynamic educator, practitioner and scholar. Tes leads with a strong business perspective, coupled with a focus on people and the organization. Tes is the Director of Learning Innovation & Technology at Wentworth Institute of Technology. Tes has the pleasure of partnering with a strong team to support faculty at Wentworth in their continued journey toward excellence in teaching and learning through course development and instructional technology. Tes serves as adjunct faculty at Wentworth Institute of Technology and formerly Suffolk and Northeastern Universities. Tes holds an Ed.D in Adult Education and Leadership from Teachers College Columbia University, a MS in Training and Development from Lesley University, and a BS in Business from U Mass Lowell. Research interests include: dialogue and reflective practice, high performance teams, organizational learning & development, implementing change, transfer of learning, experiential and informal learning.
