Biography

Theresa focuses primarily on assisting clients complete the necessary steps required for the transfer of IPv4 address blocks between the source and the recipient institutions throughout the sale and purchase process. She handles both domestic and inter-RIR transfers between ARIN, RIPE, APNIC and LACNIC RIRs. She is experienced in helping clients streamline and simplifying the complex closing process of trading IPv4 blocks. Theresa also oversees the new and growing IPv4.Global’s Leasing Marketplace.

Theresa earned a STEM Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business, where she was a Dean’s Scholar. Adding to her skills in helping clients, she grew up in Yangon, Myanmar and so is fluent in Burmese. Additionally, with her keen interest in languages, she is also able to converse in Chinese and Korean.
