Biography
Tom Blum is the Coordinator of Information Technology Services at Sarah Lawrence College. In that capacity, he facilitates cooperation between the Academic Computing Department and the Information Systems/Network Operations Group, represents all campus IT organizations in budget negotiations, and coordinates the development of IT strategy. Recent initiatives include the expansion of wireless services across campus, central server risk reduction, preparation for LMS rollout and migration of student email accounts to gmail. The College is in the process of upgrading its ERP system. In addition, Tom is the College's institutional researcher and the executive assistant to the president.
