Thomas Harbison
Biography
I serve as Project Manager for Digital Learning at the Bernard L. Schwartz Communication Institute at Baruch College, City University of New York. My primary focus at the Institute is coordination of development and deployment of the Video Oral Communication Assessment Tool (VOCAT; www.baruch.cuny.edu/vocat), an open-source web application for students and instructors to record, share, and score classroom presentations. In addition to work at the Institute, I teach in the Baruch History Department.EDUCAUSE Presentations
