Tierra Kirts, M.S., turns raw experience into results and shows others how to do the same. By day, she’s a Program Manager for the University of Houston’s MS in Statistics & Data Science, and a certified confidence-and-mindset coach by passion. She guides and empowers values-driven professionals from survival mode to purpose-powered growth. Tierra deeply believes that personal development fuels professional success.

An eight-year U.S. Army veteran and adjunct psychology instructor, she pairs discipline with deep psychological insight and a passion for teaching. Tierra earned her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (Texas A&M University) and an MBA-level Leadership Certificate (UH-Downtown).

Tierra is known for breaking big challenges into digestible, actionable steps grounded in radical reflection. She often says, “Confidence is the hinge between the life we have and the life we want.”
