Tiffany Riccardelli has been working with the Institute for Families at Rutgers School of Social Work since February of 2012 and supervises activities across two large-scale training programs: New Jersey Child Welfare Training Partnership and Grow NJ Kids Training Services. As Learning and Development Supervisor, Tiffany oversees the development of new curricula and leads eLearning initiatives across the Office of Child Welfare Workforce Advancement—including both online and hybrid course development, microlearning, and multimedia design. With a heavy focus on high-quality programming and continuous improvement, she also supervises the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing support of OCWWA’s consultant trainer cohort. Tiffany holds an Ed.M. with a focus on Adult and Continuing Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and earned a certificate in Educational Technology in 2017. Prior to joining IFF, Tiffany worked in fundraising and development for various nonprofit organizations and considers herself a passionate advocate for New Jersey’s most vulnerable children.
