Tim is fluent in Russian and German and has studied Serbian and Croatian. He always puts the customer first and is a team player. Having lived overseas and in many of the U.S. States, Tim has gained the ability to adapt and overcome almost any challenge. His experience in both the corporate arena as well as within higher-ed, has given him a unique skill set and point of view.
Tim thrives in environments where new and exciting technologies are embraced and implemented. He is always looking for innovative ways and processes through which efficiencies and savings can be realized. Customer service that goes above and beyond expectations is the norm for him and his teams. This customer-centric focus has resulted in superb feedback from departments across campuses ranging from "They are rock stars!" to "How could we get things done without them?"
His fun time is spent with his family debating, playing games, or simply reading books together.

Future goals:
To attain CIO at a medium-to-large campus in the U.S. or abroad so that he can play a critical role in the development of IT in higher education.
To write a book on IT management in higher education.
To spend more time with his family.
