Timmo Dugdale

Biography

Originally from Minneapolis, MN, I have lived in Madison since 1990, when I moved here for graduate school. I have worked with the UW–Madison instructional community for over 28 years through my positions in the General Library System, DoIT New Media Centers, DoIT Academic Technology, and now in the Center for Teaching, Learning & Mentoring. I have extensive experience in active learning, learning spaces, hybrid course design, and student engagement. I am a passionate advocate for the instructional needs of instructors. This has manifested itself through leading fellowship programs, grant programs, and many different training programs. When I’m not at work, you would most likely find me spending time with my husband and three pugs, working on my Sudoku puzzles, and/or watching TV.
