Biography

Tim is the communications manager for CU Boulder's College of Arts and Sciences, with an emphasis on student success, marketing and recruitment. He helps the college create and execute messaging strategies that offer prospects a clear picture of the type of academic experience they can expect from CU Boulder, connect to experiences (once here) that build upon those expectations and find communities, resources and other resources to persist to graduation. 

He has worked for ten years in higher education in progressively responsible roles, including academic advising, managing teams of academic advisors and directing training initiatives for campus advising units. Prior to that, he helped found an anti-human trafficking organization, wrote grants for a Latinx community-based organization and helped flip a fifteen century tavern in Austria.
