Biography

Timothy D. Ramsey is Director of IT for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Texas A&M University and Director of the Center for Managed Technology Services within Texas A&M AgriLife Information Technology. He leads a system-of-systems innovation focused on cost-recovery human capital delivery to support research, compliance, and infrastructure. His work integrates organizational design, financial sustainability, and technology strategy to expand research capacity without increasing cost. He holds PMP, CISM, ITILv4, CGCIO, and BRMP certifications and has presented on research IT transformation and institutional innovation.
