Biography
Timothy Warren joined San Juan College in August, 2006, as vice president for Technology Services. He has more than 25 years experience in information technology in both the corporate and education sectors. Most recently Warren served as the executive director of information technology services with SunGard Higher Education at Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo. Warren also has served as a computer systems manager, director of computer services and telecommunications, executive director of information technology and IT client service manager at educational institutions include Austin Peay State University, Tennessee State University and Texas Southern University, as well as corporations such as the Nuclio Corporation, and Systems and Computer Technology in Houston. Warren earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science and management information systems from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tenn., and a master's of science degree in education from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn. He has managed a variety of information technology projects, from start-up to enterprise-wide implementation.
