Biography

Tim Wrye is Executive Director of Information Technology Services and CIO at Highline College in Des Moines, WA. He is responsible for all technology operations for the Seattle-area college of more than 10,000 students. He has been actively involved in Highline's international partnerships, especially in southern Africa, China, Egypt, and most recently Indonesia. Tim has been both a Program Committee and Community Building and Mentoring Team member for EDUCAUSE regional conferences, a past member of the EDUCAUSE Enterprise Technology Advisory Committee, and is a past steering committee member and program chair for the South Sound Technology conference. He received a BME from Pacific Lutheran University, and an M.Ed. from the University of Washington.
