Tina Bennefield is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant in the Office of Human ResourcesÃƒÂ¢Ã‚Â€Ã‚Â™ Training and Organizational Development Unit, providing internal consulting services to the University on strategic planning, employee and organizational development, and change management. Since arriving at NC State University in 2005, Tina has partnered with campus leaders to develop strategies and solutions to enhance performance. She has worked closely with campuswide IT leaders by assisting in the development of the Campus IT Directors Governance group, department and college level IT strategic planning, and the facilitation of the Campus IT Strategic Plan. Tina brings 19+ years of consulting and professional experience focusing on enhancing organizational performance, leadership development and coaching, leading change in organizations, and strategic planning and development. Tina holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelors degree from California State University, Sacramento.
