Todd is a Partner with SMART Business Advisory and Consulting,LLC (www.smartgrp.com). He leads the firm’s Higher Education Practice, which provides administrative consulting services to colleges and universities. Todd has nearly 15 years of experience helping clients align their people and processes with technology solutions to achieve significant performance improvement. He specializes in administrative (ERP) systems implementation, finance and information technology strategy, organizational restructuring, and project and change management. He has spoken at numerous conferences and taught various workshops on project management and business transformation. Prior to joining SMART, Todd spent several years with Arthur Andersen, LLP, and also held research and administrative positions at Penn State University. Todd holds an MBA from Penn State.
