Todd Barber is the Executive Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Services at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He manages the teams responsible for data warehousing, data architecture, data integrations, data governance, and our custom web development. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Todd’s background includes stints in technology support, web development, database development, data management, data governance, and leadership roles. Todd also has over 15 years of experience as an Adjunct Faculty at 3 different institutions and he is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
Todd is also on the Steering Committee of the Data Governance Community Group serving as the Secondary Co-lead and Lead of the Special Topics sub-group. Todd will serve as the Primary Co-lead for the 2025-26 academic year.
