Biography
Todd Barber is the Executive Director of Enterprise Applications and Data Services at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He manages the Banner Development, Data Solutions, and Web Development technical teams. He also oversees the Data Management Initiative for the university which includes developing a Data Management strategy as well as a data governance initiative for the university.
