Biography
Todd Clouser is a Lead Applications Programmer/Analyst in the Office of the University Registrar at the Pennsylvania State University's main campus in University Park, Pennsylvania. Todd's main responsibilities for the office include developing and maintaining online student applications for the university's Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) on the enterprise server. He also serves as the lead contact for the office's imaging applications. His most recent projects include the re-engineering of Penn State's course offering system and final exam offering system. Todd received his academic training from Millersville University of Pennsylvania where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science. In addition to his contributions to the Office of the University Registrar, Todd also serves on the Penn State United Way 2004 Campaign Steering Committee.
