Todd Foley

Biography

Todd Foley is an Associate Professor and Director of Digital Innovation for the Future of Work and Talent Strategy in the Division of Experience-Based Learning and Career Education at the University of Cincinnati. Todd also serves as Faculty Lead of the UC Remote Work Lab and Learning Center. Todd has worked and taught in Higher Education for over 20 years developing programs and courses in leadership development, professional development, remote work, and digital transformation. Todd’s research and consulting focus on the connections between leadership, technology, and the future of work. Todd has a background in computer science and information systems and received his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Iowa State University and his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in quantitative research from Saint Louis University. Currently, Todd teaches digital transformation for talent strategy and works with students, industry and community partners on developing robust partnerships for upskilling and reskilling for the Future of Work.
