Todd Quinn is the Instruction/Reference Librarian at the Karl E. Mundt Library at Dakota State University. He has helped to develop and implement DSU 's information literacy program. Also, he is the project coordinator of South Dakota's virtual reference project, Ask the Librarians - LIVE. He has presented on both of these subjects at regional and national conferences. The South Dakota Library Associate awarded him the New Librarian of the Year iin 2002. Recently, DSU promoted him to the rank of Assistant Professor and earned his MLIS from the University of Pittsburgh.
