Tom Tsai
Biography
As Software Engineering Manager in central IT at UC Berkeley, Tom manages and oversees team of technical talents including solution architects, business system analysts, UI/UX designers, and software developers. Tom leads and drives UC Berkeley software technology initiatives from inception to successful implementation including project assessment, planning, design, build, and on-going maintenance/support.EDUCAUSE Presentations
